We do not store any personal data on this website itself. Your language preference is stored exclusively in your local browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us.
Minecraft server
When you play on our Minecraft server, player data is created and stored as you play — e.g. in-game currencies, unlocked items and your language preference.
We additionally process IP addresses exclusively for the security of our service (e.g. protection against abuse and attacks). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the server).
Purpose limitation
We do not process any sensitive data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR. The data collected is used exclusively for the operation and security of our service and is not shared for any other purpose.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and objection, at any time. Contact us at dominik@svrt.dev.
